I’m very appreciative of everything he does for us and this building plus it’s always nice to stop and talk to him for a while
|Recommended: YesMaintenance — I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team at Encore. John is always prompt, professional, and courteous. Any time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it has been addressed quickly and efficiently. Whether it’s a minor fix or a more urgent issue, he handles everything with care and attention to detail. I really appreciate his hard work in keeping the community well-maintained. Highly recommend
|Recommended: YesGreen Leaf Great Living — It’s luxury living for sure, everything is so convenient here, link light rail across the street, grocery stores, schools, parks, trails, golf course, coffee shops all less than a mile away. I give 5 stars all the way especially to our property manager Queenzippora and leasing agent Aimee thanks for making it so easy to move in
|Recommended: YesHigh-quality apartment and staff — The team here is wonderful Move in experience was smooth and most of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Start to finish the entire team here wants you to feel comfortable and safe. With all the security and nice upgrades and amenities I would recommend this property to anyone looking in the Seattle area. They even put together a welcome home gift for me. Thank you Encore for making this new chapter in my life a welcoming one.
|Recommended: YesGreat team and complex — Just recently moved into the apartment complex and I’ve enjoyed it so far. The staff has been very helpful and communicative throughout the move in process
|Recommended: No3 5 — Staff communication needs overall improvement, units are overpriced for what you get and hardly any outside parking but that's majority of Seattle for you. Otherwise building is safe and clean for the most part.
|Recommended: YesLovely building and even lovelier people working here — It's been one month since I moved in under less-than-ideal circumstances not because of Green Leaf Encore, it was a cross-country move with a lot of logistics trouble on my end , and I can confidently say this has been one of the best living experiences so far. I've moved around a lot and this is finally someplace I can see myself staying for a while. All the staff were so friendly on the phone and accommodating when it came to tours, very upfront with any information I asked about, and quick to help me solve any problems I have since I moved in Lejeanda, Tiffany, and Ashley are all very sweet and amazing . The units themselves are gorgeous and high quality, the soundproofing is insane, and beautiful appliances fixtures.
|Recommended: YesProperty manager Sharon is the best — Moved in here a few months ago and the property manager Sharon is wonderful. She's attentive, quick to respond even responded when I was locked out at 9PM and thorough. I've lived in a few places in Seattle and I would argue Sharon is the best around. The new recruit Ty also seems like a gem. Definitely makes living here better and made the move-in process easier.
The property itself is great, seems relatively new - it's built to condo quality so noise is reduced and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Also appreciate that they have a locked up mail room to avoid any issues. Took a few points off for maintenance since I haven't had my last two requests properly fixed, but exposure to this issue is relatively low.
Location is also great, right across from the light rail station, makes it significantly easier to get to the airport and it's a 10 minute walk to PCC and other local stores. The community is relatively small and very kind, which makes it more comfortable here.
